Workshop Purpose:
To engage fitness enthusiasts in improving RISE Nutritionals’ subscription protein delivery service, focusing specifically on solving personalization challenges in the current offering. Insights will directly inform the upcoming “RISE Custom” product development initiative.
Participant Selection:
- 12-15 participants representing our “Dedicated Fitness Enthusiast” persona:
- Ages 25-40
- Minimum 6 months as RISE customers
- Mix of different fitness goals (muscle building, weight loss, general fitness)
- At least 40% expressing some dissatisfaction with current personalization options
- Include 3-4 customers who have customized orders via customer service requests
Pre-Workshop Preparation:
